SFTP zerotracks.tar to /private/var/tmp/ Use Filezilla or WinSCP
From the SSH terminal console Use Putty or any SSH client
Type cd /tmp
Type tar -xvf zerotracks.tar
Type ./zerotracks

This is a Windows based program that cleans Geo location tracking data that was synced to your PC with iTunes.
ZeroTracks will search the iTunes Backup folders, find and zero out all the obfuscated instances of consolidated.db.
ZeroTracks.zip version 1.1 and unzip
It can be run from anywhere including your desktop
Click on the Scan button All obfuscated consolidate.db files it finds will be shown in red
Click on the Cleanse button when it goes from being grayed out to active and these files will turn green
Even if you updated to iOS 4.3.3 use ZeroTracks to remove old backups of Geo location tracking data
If you restore your backup later you will see the above error Ignore the error Everything else besides consolidated.db WILL be restored
Now no one can view or map your location data from the Windows iTunes Backup folder

Apple says they "fixed" their tracking software "bug" in iOS 4.3.3. Read This Article First. ZeroTracks removes a number of other tracking processes besides Geo location data.

deletes your iDevice Geo location data and blocks your data from being sent to Apple and their partners. The new features allows full control over Location Services and the USB connection port. Location data tracking can be stopped completely. The USB port can be disabled to prevent data theft.
NOTE: Anyone can connect your iDevice to any PC or Mac running iTunes and make a backup of your personal data just by clicking on the iDevice name and running "Back Up" even if it is "Passcode Lock" protected. The Forensics page shows all the data contained in the backup. This obfuscated backup data can easily be parsed out to plain readable text, with a number of freely available programs. This can be defeated by using the ZeroTracks usboff command. Ony law enforcement and hackers with the latest up-to-date forensic tools can do an image backup and recover 100% of your personal information as well as DRM protected files and deleted items. Running usboff with "Passcode Lock" will make image backup forensics much more difficult, as USB access is usually the preliminary discovery method. This will defeat at least 95% of the snoopers.
